    • Orders over $100.00 receive FREE SHIPPING.
    • $15.00 Flat Rate for shipping on orders less than $100.00. 
    • Unless otherwise noted, we guarantee to pack and ship standard orders within three business days, meaning you almost always receive your merchandise within seven business days. 
    • All item(s) will be sent "standard best way shipping" with tracking. Since we deal with many unusual types and sizes of items in our business, the best way to get your order to you may vary. We want you to receive your items intact and as quickly as possible without unnecessarily enriching the shipping companies.
    • Special requests or customized item orders and out of stock orders will be handled on a case by case basis unless noted.                                                                                
    • RETURNS                                      

      Things happen that result in a return or an exchange. Take a look below at how we work it out.

      • We accept returns within 30 days.
      • When you receive your order check it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

      Unfortunately, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Nor can downloadable image files or gift cards.

      Please do not send purchases back to any listed manufacturer other than us. Items purchased from RestaurantWallArtDecor, unless expressly noted, are backed by our company.


      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If the refund is approved, then a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) business days.

      Note: In some cases a partial refund may be issued. Since we often deal in collectibles and have many one of a kind inventory items, the condition of a return item can be important. So if an item is damaged upon return, a partial refund may be issued if the item is repairable or the damage is not critical to its value.     


      If you haven’t received a refund in ten (10) working days -

      • Check your bank account again.
      • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      After taking the above steps then please contact us at and we will review the return order.


      We will replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipment.

      Send us an email at with an image of the item damage along with the order number and you will be contacted within twenty four (24) hours.

      Your item will be replaced if possible. If not, we will issue you a store credit or a refund if a suitable substitute to your satisfaction cannot be located.

      At our discretion, we may require an item to be returned prior to any exchanges or refunds. We will issue a return shipping label for any items qualified for exchange.


      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
